We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; this is usually within 2 business days.
If more time has passed, it is possible that an item within your order is a ‘Pre-Order’ item; please check your order confirmation email to see if this is the case.
If this is not the case, please contact customercare@mypavlova.cowith your order number for further assistance.
If you have received a damaged item, please notify us by sending a photograph of the item, along with your order number to customercare@mypavlova.co within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you received the wrong item, please email customercare@mypavlova.co with your order number and a picture of the item you have received, to arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and have the incorrect item returned.
If you are missing any items from your order, please double check your packing slip to ensure that the items are not marked as ‘to follow’, as it may be that your order has been split into multiple boxes.
It is also possible that an item within your order is a ‘Pre-Order’ item, please check your order confirmation email to see if this is the case.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please email customercare@mypavlova.co to begin this process.
Once your items are received at our warehouse, your refund will be applied to the original credit or debit card on which the order was placed.
Please note:
Goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
Customers must notify us by requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving an order (7 days in the case of any items which have arrived damaged).
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their items.
Any personalised items, antiques and sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.

We aim to process returns within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
Once processed it will take between 2 and 5 days for the balance to be returned to you, depending on your bank.
Australia, New Zealand
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to view the status of your delivery.
For Australian orders, we use Sendle, which will be delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.
For Europe and the rest of the world, DHL Express International will be used which takes 7 days to be delivered once leaving our warehouse.
Our shipping costs vary based on the shipping address, weight and value of the items. Please enter your shipping address at the checkout to calculate your shipping cost

Gift cards are the perfect option to give your friend / family the gift of choice. Gift cards also work very well if you can’t attend an event but want to send the host a gift in lieu of your company!
Gift cards can be personalised. They are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout.

Corporate Gifts
For Corporate Gifts, we provide special gift boxes categorised according to colour or seasonal event (Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc). We have found that employees love to receive a gift in the mail from their boss, especially those working remotely.
